Born in Lisbon in 1940. He studied at Cooperativa Gravura in Lisbon and at Ateliê 17 in Paris, with S. W. Hayter. He graduated in Fine Arts at the University of Rotterdam. She was awarded several scholarships by the Dutch Ministry of Culture and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Your work is present in several collections, in Portugal and abroad.

He passed away in July 2020, in Amsterdam, aged 80.
