Patrícia Lobo

Patrícia Lobo was born in 1955, in Goiana, Brazil. She became interested in the world of arts from a very early age, giving a piano recital at the age of 5. She graduated from UFG, at 18 years. In 1987, he moved to Lisbon and in 1989 he entered the Faculty of Fine Arts, where he specialized in engraving and painting on ceramics.  In 1990, in the company of the plastic artist Henrique Manuel, he developed experiences and techniques for the cultural recovery of Portuguese Azulejaria, learning glazing, firing, glazing and enamel techniques.

Throughout his career, he held several individual and group exhibitions, presenting Engraving and Mixed Technique works, which have won several awards. He was part of the working group of the Portuguese Engravers Cooperative. Back in Brazil, he took advantage of the knowledge he acquired, adding it to his Brazilian touch. 

Back in Brazil, and still in collaboration with Henrique Manuel (her husband) several panels, including that of the Instituto Histórico e Geogr´fico de Goiás and the Instituto de Pesquisas e Historical Studies of Central Brazil, points of reference in the history and culture of Goiás.
