Born in the city of Viseu in 1961. In Lisbon, he took the Painting course at the Escola Superior de Belas Artes, exhibiting regularly since 1981. Between 1983 and 1986 he received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. He participated in various national and international exhibitions in the field of painting and drawing. He is currently part of the RTP graphics department team and in 2004 he worked with Brandia on the graphic remodeling RTP.
