Writings of Origin Suzanne Anker left the marks of the feminine in an exhibition entitled "Origins and Futures" (represented in the Bio arte exhibition at Galeria António Prates) where natural forms and media were interrelated digital. In the current screen prints on mylar presented to us today, sensitive pangenetic graphics bring together archaic influences and data from biology, calling for a reflection on the origin of writing.

Suzanne Anker

Born on August 6, 1946, in New York. Visual artist and theorist who works with genetic imagery. He studied fine arts at Brooklyn College and completed his studies at the University of Colorado, where he obtained a Master's degree in 1976.

He began experimenting with the paper mold technique in 1974. Exploring not only From the sculptural aspect but also the possibilities from the point of view of printing/reproduction of this new medium, she emerged as a pioneer and exponent of this art.

Over the last decade Suzanne Anker has been exploring the links between art and genetics, drawing on scientific concepts in an artistic context. Your work is already complete. It was exhibited both in US and international spaces.
