Born in Havana, Cuba, in 1966. He graduated in Engraving and Drawing from the Academy of Fine Arts San Alejandro. He taught engraving at Atelier Carmelo González and collaborated with Atelier de Gravura Buril-Badajoz, in Spain. É He is a painter, engraver, sculptor and also works as an art critic. In addition, he also works as an illustrator: covers of catalogs by various artists, illustration of short stories, an essay for the magazine Sur, illustration engraving from the Poetry Notebook Razón del Arbol (limited edition) and the cover of the Book Fe de Vida, Dulce María Loynaz, which won the Cervantes Prize for Literature.

Throughout his career, he has exhibited in Cuba and other countries such as Japan, Brazil, Spain, Italy and Portugal. In our country it is It is worth noting the year 2001, in which he participated in several exhibitions: Porto 2001, European Capital of Culture, Hotel Meridien; Di-visions, International Exhibition of Painting, Sculpture, Multi-media, Video-Art, etc; Bom Pastor Barracks, Portugal; Art-House Gallery; Casa da Guia in Cascais, Portugal; XI Vila Nova de Cerveira Contemporary Art Biennial. In the same year he collaborated with the Atelier de Cerâmica do Porto.
