Isabel e Rodrigo Cabral

Both graduates from the Escola Superior de Belas Artes do Porto and teachers, the first at Escola Secundária Soares dos Reis and the second at the Faculdade de Belas Artes do Porto, they have developed a multifaceted career that encompasses sculpture, installation, performance, in Portugal and abroad, collaboration in theater with the design of sets and costumes, and the creation of mural panels and others. In 1987 they created the "Common Project" and began to jointly sign all artistic production. They were awarded in 1990 and 1994 at the II and IV Amadora Engraving Biennial and with the Almada Negreiros Painting Prize; in 1993 with the BFC National Painting Prize and in 1983 with the Nadir Afonso Prize at the 1st Bienal de Chaves. They held several exhibitions in Portugal and abroad, for example in Spain, Denmark, London or Belgium.
