Born in Lisbon in 1965, the city where he studied Directing, at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. In the early 90s he began regular work in comics, in the magazine LX Comics and collaborated with the collectives Amok in Paris and Freon in Brussels. He collaborated in several newspapers: Público, Le Monde, O Independente; magazines and albums: History of Lisbon, O Diario de K., Solo. He currently illustrates at Expresso and is working in production of a short animated film “Birds”. É professor in the Illustration/Comics department at Ar.Co and at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto – Guimarães Hub.
