Born in Abrantes in 1961. His training includes attending the Drawing course at ESAP; the Specialist Certificate in Artistic Illustration from ISEC/University of Évora; the Lithography Course at Cooperativa Árvore; the Illustration Workshop at U.P – trainer Manuela Bacelar and the History of Illustration Workshop at ESBAL. Currently attending the 2nd; year of the Master's degree in Artistic Illustration from the University of Évora. Received Honorable Mention - 1st; Small Format Painting Prize, Alhos Vedros, 2003. 1st; Prize – Afonso Madeira Prize - III Moita Plastic Arts Biennial, 2007 and Revelation Prize III Moita Plastic Arts Biennial, 2007. She has participated as an illustrator in various collective editions .
